About My Clients

You might look like you have it all together on the outside - but internally, your mind doesn’t slow down. You overthink, second-guess yourself, and feel overwhelmed trying to keep up with everything. Even when you’re doing “well,” it can still feel exhausting behind the scenes. I specialize in working with high-functioning women navigating anxiety and ADHD. I have extensive experience supporting clients who are used to pushing through.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and groups across a range of settings, including private practice, higher levels of care, and community-based programs. My background includes work in eating disorder treatment, substance use programs, ADHD coaching, autism socialization groups, and with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and complex life transitions. My approach to therapy is collaborative, direct, and grounded in real-life application. I draw from evidence-based modalities like CBT and DBT while also tailoring our work to fit you and your goals, your personality, and what actually feels helpful in your day-to-day life. Therapy with me isn’t just about insight; it’s about building tools, increasing self-awareness, and making meaningful, sustainable changes.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should feel human, collaborative, and actually helpful in your real life - not just something you talk about for an hour each week. At the core of my work is the belief that people are not broken, but often stuck in patterns that made sense at one point in their lives. With the right support, insight, and tools, meaningful change is possible. I value honesty, curiosity, and a nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are. I also believe therapy can include moments of humor, direct feedback, and real conversations. As someone who is neurodivergent, I have a deep respect for different ways of thinking and processing, and I strive to create a space that feels flexible, validating, and tailored to you.
