I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, and the every day stressors that keep my clients from living their most authentic lives.
My Background and Approach
I received a BS in psychology from Idaho State University in 2015, and then received my MS in clinical mental health counseling also from Idaho State University. I have worked with a variety of clients across the lifespan and with a similarly large variety of struggles. I work from an eclectic approach, using theories and techniques that best fit with my client. I believe that each one of us is unique and therefore treatment will look different for each person, tailoring the treatment plan to best fit with the client.
