About My Clients
I work with clients who feel overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts, anxiety, or perfectionism. Many of my clients struggle with fear, doubt, overthinking, or the pressure to “hold everything together.” I love supporting clients who are motivated, curious, and ready to understand why their mind feels the way it does. My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in OCD, anxiety disorders, and perfectionism. I was extensively trained in ERP through my work at Rogers Behavioral Health and recently completed a 12-week training in Inference-Based CBT. I also integrate CBT, ACT, DBT-informed strategies, and IFS-informed self-compassion work. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I help clients understand their intrusive thoughts, build insight, and strengthen their ability to tolerate uncertainty. Therapy with me is validating, empowering, and focused on helping you reconnect with your values so you can live a life led by confidence, not fear.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be inclusive, affirming, and grounded in compassion. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, trauma-informed, and deeply aware of the systemic, cultural, and societal factors that shape mental health. I support clients from all walks of life and strive to create a space where you feel safe, valued, and fully seen. I use humor, warmth, and relational connection to help clients feel grounded and not alone in their experiences. I believe healing happens when people feel understood—not judged or rushed. I’m committed to providing care that honors your identity, your lived experience, and your right to feel safe in your own mind.
