About My Clients

The clients I work best with are curious and invested in capitalizing on the resources and assets they have to enjoy life as much as possible. I enjoy employing creativity and a myriad of techniques to help process information, emotions, needs and reactions in order to help folks be able to acknowledge, accept, and articulate what's going on within them.

My Background and Approach

My approach is rooted in a strengths-based perspective. Through our work together, we will focus on identifying your unique strengths and resources, explore how to effectively utilize them, and we’ll do so with a side of dark humor and joy.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a member of the queer community, sex and body positive, engage in social justice and anti-racism work. I deeply believe that people are doing the best that they can with what they have, and through therapy people have the opportunity to expand their capability to care for themselves and the people who matter to them.
