My Background and Approach
As a graduate from the University of Montevallo, where I earned my Master of Education in Counseling, and a Bachelor's in Secondary Education from Miles College, my journey into the realm of mental health began. Over the years, I've honed my craft, delving into diverse roles that have shaped me into the therapist I am today. I've had the privilege of serving in various impactful positions. From spearheading therapeutic strategies, nurturing the emotional well-being of our future leaders as a School Counselor, to crafting personalized therapy sessions in Private Practice, each experience has fueled my commitment to making mental wellness accessible and relatable to all.
