My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Mental health wellness is a passion of mine. Learning through my own accounts of a time I was at my lowest having experienced the greatest loss of my life, my grandmother passed away. I learned that the human heart and mind are extremely powerful yet equally as delicate. I felt alone in the world although support was around me I had to find the power to bring myself out of my depression. It was a complete challenge met with a host of hurdles but I persevered through attending therapy. Attending therapy was being vulnerable accepting the homework and doing it. This work has been so important to me because it has saved so many lives, it saved mine. I believe in mental wellness and I know it connects us all together. The last two years have been heinous for a lot of people. I am here to offer that silver lining and help create a balance. It is important to me that I have uncovered skills in me that can help you, your family and anyone who is connected to you. Let's prioritize wellness.
