About My Clients

I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families who may be navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, family conflict, identity development, or the effects of difficult and traumatic experiences. Many of my clients are use to being strong for everyone else while quietly struggling themselves. Others may be entering a new season of life, trying to find their direction, rebuilding confidence, learning to set healthier boundaries, or simply realizing th

My Background and Approach

My approach is rooted in Person-Centered Therapy, creating a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. I have several years of supervised clinical experience working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, identity development, family conflict, and life transitions. I hold an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Texas LPC Associate. I also have training in EMDR and trauma-informed care. I integrate motivational interviewing, DBT-informed skills, cognitive and behavioral strategies, mindfulness, grounding, self-compassion, and psychoeducation based on your needs. My style balances compassion with accountability, helping you recognize your strengths, explore patterns, build practical skills, and create meaningful change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe every person deserves to be seen, heard, valued, and treated with dignity. I value authenticity, compassion, personal growth, and creating spaces where people can show up as themselves without fear of judgment. I believe our experiences shape us, but they do not have to define what comes next. I am passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health, encouraging people to ask for help when they need it, and helping individuals recognize the strength and potential they already possess. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and walks of life and strive to provide a space grounded in respect, curiosity, and genuine human connection.
