Navigating the complexities forming your own identity? It is often a silent weight we carry—the pressure to succeed, the expectations to care for others, and the challenge of finding your own voice while honoring your roots. Balancing these worlds can be exhausting, and it’s easy to put ourselves last. We are deserving and capable of living a fulfilling life, one in which we feel safe to express our emotions and feel more confident day by day.
My Background and Approach
I provide a compassionate, culturally affirming, collaborative and non-judgmental space for children, adolescents, and women experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, challenges with processing past traumas and navigating everyday life stressors. I use a holistic approach based on your unique needs and life experience, from traditional indigenous wisdom, to evidence based training such as CBT, brainspotting, and incorporating mindfulness, breathing exercises, meditation and body movement. I help you reclaim a sense of self.
