About My Clients
I work from different theoretical backgrounds of therapy, but I always fit my approach to my client and the situation. One size-fits-all doesn’t apply to therapy any more than it does to clothes! By empowering you with the resources needed to make positive changes in your life through restructuring thoughts and unpacking those bags that weigh you down; you will be able to live in a more enjoyable way.
My Background and Approach
Sheena Kelly is an Associate Professional Counselor (APC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), she graduated from Walden University with a Master of Science in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling in 2017. As we go throughout life we interact with partners, family, friends, co-workers, acquaintances and strangers on a daily basis and this can bring with it great joy and happiness. Over the past 4 years of working with couples, families, and individuals it is very clear that these relationships and encounters can also be trying and stressful.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My passion lies in working with individuals, couples, parents, and families. When we partner together you will find non-judgmental listening, caring support, and a healthy dose of honest feedback and challenges to help you achieve your goals.
