About My Clients
Over the past 4 years of working with couples, families, and individuals and it is very clear that these relationships and encounters can also be trying and stressful. By empowering you with the resources needed to make positive changes in your life through restructuring thoughts and unpacking those bags that weigh you down; you will be able to live in a more enjoyable way.
My Background and Approach
In addition to working in private practice, I have worked with families and children in a community setting through a CORE agency in Georgia providing individual and family therapy. I have worked with substance misuse clients for over 2 years. I have worked with adoption agencies to develop their approach to birth mother inquiries. I graduated from Troy University with a Bachelor of Science in Social Science (2012) and obtained a Master of Science in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling (2017) from Walden University which is where she is continuing her doctoral education. I have advanced training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) which aligns with her interests.

I have worked with couples in open relationships, individuals dealing with social injustices, and those in the LGBTQIA+ community. My commitment is to you and aid you in finding the support that you deserve.
