My Background and Approach
I have had the privilege to help individuals, couples, and families through some of their most challenging times. They have found their inner strength and healing by learning to recognize their fortitude in challenging circumstances. In addition to working with clients as a therapist, I am also a Doula and Childbirth Educator with specialized training in perinatal mental health and couples. I have a foundation in utilizing Solution Focused and EMDR Therapy.
