I specialize in treating various mental health needs such as maternal pre/postpartum health, anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, and work/life imbalance. I practice holistic and evidence-based methods such as Meditation, Breathwork, Aroma/Sound Therapy, Mindfulness - Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
