About My Clients
I offer support to those struggling with depression, anxiety, and/or trauma whether it be from childhood or present, self-esteem, self-image, body dysmorphia, and relationship issues. We all deserve a space to feel acknowledged, comforted and supported. My clients can expect a personalized space for themselves to heal where they are comfortable and free to express themselves.
My Background and Approach
My clinical approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to help my clients reach their goals and become the person they've always thought themselves to be. My approaches do vary and change as no client is the same and I am sure to alter my approaches so each client's personal need or concern is met.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I strongly believe everyone is able to grow and change as long as there is a want to. I genuinely enjoy working with people and promoting that growth and change that lies deep within once we get through the barriers that hinder us. I believe we are all beautiful individuals regardless of our backgrounds. As your therapist, I am confident in stating I am an ally skilled in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, survivors of trauma, and those who just need a little extra support navigating this thing called life.
