About My Clients

I provide teletherapy services for young adults in California who are facing challenges related to anxiety, neurodivergence, phase of life transitions and self-esteem.

My Background and Approach

Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade working in the special education system, primarily with Autism and ADHD. This experience is something I bring to my work with young adults facing unique challenges. Additionally, I have certifications in domestic violence and tech addiction.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As not only a therapist, but a fellow human being, I believe that every individual was born with value. Life can be full of obstacles and challenges such as trauma, addictions, disorders, and injustices that can make it difficult to see and feel that value. In my therapeutic work, I strive to support clients in identifying their strengths and overcoming obstacles so that their inner greatness can shine. I approach every session with a fun, non-judgmental, holistic and creative approach often utilizing strengths-based, narrative, and CBT practices.
