About My Clients

I provide teletherapy services for children, adolescents, and individuals in California.

My Background and Approach

Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade working in the special education system, primarily with Autism and ADHD. This experience is something I bring to my work with children, adolescents and individuals facing unique challenges. Additionally, I have certifications in domestic violence and tech addiction.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As not only a therapist, but a fellow human being, I believe that every individual was born with value. Life can be full of obstacles and challenges such as trauma, addictions, disorders, and injustices that can make it difficult to see and feel that value. In my therapeutic work, I strive to support clients from children to adults in identifying their strengths and overcoming obstacles so that their inner greatness can shine. Whether I am working with children or adults, I approach every session with a fun, non-judgmental, holistic and creative approach often utilizing strengths-based, narrative, and CBT practices.
