About My Clients

I am dedicated to help individuals working through the deep and often hidden impacts of trauma—whether rooted in the past or triggered by life’s most vulnerable moments, like fertility struggles, pregnancy, postpartum, or perinatal loss. I also help couples navigating the identity and relational shifts that come with parenting. My work extends to those facing anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. Together, we’ll move toward healing, reconnection, and a stronger sense of self.

My Background and Approach

I use a holistic, trauma-informed approach that blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic practices, and mindfulness-based therapy to support clients through life’s tender and transformative moments. I help people understand the mind-body connection, shift stuck patterns, and turn stress, trauma, and anxiety into meaningful growth. I’m especially passionate about inner-child healing, self-discovery, and holding a supportive space where clients can reconnect with themselves and build more fulfilling relationships. My own path—from working in television and film to becoming a therapist—shapes the way I guide others through big life shifts. I love helping clients overcome avoidance and move forward with clarity and confidence.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Inspired by those who live boldly and authentically, I value self-awareness, ancestral connection, and challenging the status quo as pathways to deep personal healing. These values shape both my personal journey and my professional practice. I created a women’s wellness group to offer a safe, affirming space for women of color to honor the richness of their experiences and receive support through life’s transitions. My dedication to this work is rooted in my own lived experiences, especially my path through fertility challenges—an experience that fuels my fierce passion for perinatal mental health. This personal understanding allows me to build strong, empathetic therapeutic relationships and to hold space for clients in some of their most tender moments. While these passions are deeply personal, they reflect my unwavering commitment to helping others heal, grow, and feel seen.
