It may be time to cut through the noise and misinformation. With the right skills and support you can absolutely learn, heal, and become the person, partner, and parent you want to be.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado and Missouri, and have been working with individuals and families for over ten years to navigate life’s struggles and live more fully. I won’t promise that all of your problems or difficult experiences will go away, but I will commit to helping you navigate through them in a way that feels genuine and allows you to take action towards the life and relationships you want. I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health provider. I specialize in working with all areas of pregnancy, parenting, and motherhood. I understand the intimacy of motherhood and the changes that take place in that period. I also know the difficulties that can come with that transition as well as the struggles that can come with birth trauma or pregnancy/infant loss. I love to support moms in all phases of motherhood.
