About My Clients
I work with folx struggling with anxiety, depression and life transitions. I also work with folx with complex PTSD and trauma. I am part of and support LGBTQ community. I work with eating disorders/ disordered eating/ body dissatisfaction, and those healing from diet culture- I am weight and body inclusive. I also love working with teens and families.
My Background and Approach
I am a Child, Couple & Family Therapist and Art Therapist with a degree from Antioch University. I am also EMDR trained. I would be honored to support you through any of life’s challenges you are facing on your journey. No matter your struggle, there is nothing wrong with you. There is also nothing wrong with seeking support. Humans are hard wired for connection and support. I am socially justice oriented. I believe that all bodies are good bodies. I believe you will know more about you than I ever will and I trust your knowing. My style is warm, engaging, and a bit quirky. I have been told that I have no poker face- if you are feeling it you will probably see it on my face. I will not just tell you what you want to hear and will also tell you what you may need to hear.
