My specialty is working with teens, young adults, and adults of color that struggle with trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationships, career, and life transitions who are ready to find peace despite their past, grow their sense of self confidence, find their voices, develop resilience, and become the best version of themselves. I provide a warm, supportive, relatable, and safe space for clients, one of validation, transparency, empathy, and empowerment available via teletherapy to allow for accessibility to include mornings and weekend hours.
