About My Clients
Loss is something we all experience at some point in our lives, whether it's the loss of a loved one, loss of a job, loss of a relationship, or loss of identity. I join clients on their grief journey and work collaboratively with them to help them move forward after their loss. Additionally, I provide a safe space for women who are experiencing perinatal mood disorders.
My Background and Approach
I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to therapy. My approach is intertwined with my belief that much of how we experience difficulty can be related to our past experiences and current circumstances. I always tailor my approach to suit the individual client. If a client desires, I can also provide mental health therapy from a Christian perspective.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves to be heard and everyone deserves support. I believe hope is the catalyst to change. You may have lost hope that things can change or be better; I provide you with a welcoming, safe, and non-judgmental environment to explore your concerns, set goals, enable personal growth, and, hopefully, renew hope.
