I have both lived and clinical experience with perinatal mood disorders (PMADs). I am currently working toward certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and have completed several hours of continuing education on maternal mental health.

I am a Certified Grief Professional. I've worked with clients who have experienced all kinds of losses. Whether it's the loss of a loved one, a pet, a job, a relationship, or one's identity, I provide space for those who are grieving. I believe everyone has a right to grieve and grief may look different for each individual. It is not my job to tell you how to grieve but, rather, to walk along side you on your grief journey.
