With several close friends and family members who are Veterans, as well as extensive experience working in the VA San Diego Healthcare System, Dr. Brew’s focus is in treating veterans with PTSD, anxiety disorders, and depression.
My Background and Approach
She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapies and has advanced training in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, Prolonged Exposure for PTSD, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
