Everyone is capable of change and growth no matter how deep the wounds are. New coping skills and boundaries can be learned and developed. Sharing my personal story of resilience in overcoming an abusive and neglectful past often helps clients feel their own sense of hope and potential in overcoming their own struggles. I look forward to having the opportunity to try to help others.
