Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
I have worked with a wide range of conditions both in community care as well as in my private practice. I encourage clients to identify underlying beliefs and determine how they work for them. We work to change the inner-dialogue that may hinder progress.
Solution Focused Brief Therapy
Many clients see progress in as little as three sessions because my approach is to enable them to understand that change is possible. While the history is an important part of the journey, it is also important to move to finding solutions.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
I have worked with a wide range of conditions both in a community care setting as well as private practice. I encourage clients to identify how their thought processes, beliefs, and self-talk contributes to their symptoms. We explore how they may change these behaviors to enable sustained progress.

Depression
Getting out of depression is more than just making a decision to have a good day. We talk about latent issues that may contribute to low mood and sense of hopelessness.

I have worked successfully with many symptoms of anxiety including: stress, panic, and persistent worry. In some cases exposure therapy is warranted, in other we examine traumatic or other experiences in the client's life.
