About My Clients
My ideal client is ready for support, healing, and growth—even if they are unsure where to begin. I work best with individuals, teens, and families who are seeking a safe, compassionate space to process challenges, build coping skills, and develop healthier patterns. Together, we will focus on resilience, meaningful goals, and practical tools that empower you to create lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals, adolescents, and families. My background includes experience supporting clients through concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, chronic stress, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I incorporate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and strengths-based counseling to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns. I believe therapy is a partnership where clients feel empowered, supported, and respected throughout the healing process.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. I value creating a therapeutic space that is safe, supportive, and free of judgment, where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership built on trust, compassion, and authenticity. My work is guided by the belief that each person’s story is unique, and treatment should be individualized to honor personal strengths, culture, and lived experience. I value resilience, emotional wellness, and the importance of developing practical coping tools that support long-term progress. I also believe that healing happens through connection, self-understanding, and empowerment.
