I offer trauma, attachment sensitive individual/relationship therapy to help you slow down to gain insight and compassion into why you're reacting the way you are in relationships. We can use parts work to help you get to know yourself/selves on a deeper level and ultimately shift the way you're interacting with others to feel more present and fulfilled in relationships. I will support you in unraveling how to reprocess what you've experienced in your own upbringing to stop unhelpful patterns.

I offer premarital and marital therapy. I am an experienced Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive training in relational skills including influence of partner trauma and attachment histories. We can work together to understand how and why you relate in the ways you do, understand and shift current trigger points and develop authentic safety and trust. Oftentimes, people bring their own personality 'parts' into interactions which can become hurtful when interacting in unhealthy ways.

I help you become more aware of life experiences which may contribute to the self esteem blocks you are experiencing. We can work together to understand how the belief system you've developed and emotional heaviness attached may be impacting your current life including your goals, presence and relationships. We can use EMDR treatment to reprocess experiences contributing to your struggles and shift your subconscious, body memories holding the past trauma.

I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing treatment for those who would like to reprocess experiences which have impacted them negatively. EMDR can be highly beneficial in the treatment of anxiety, depression, low self esteem, traumatic grief and loss, disenfranchised grief and relationship struggles.

I offer trauma and attachment, emotion focused therapy for self esteem, anxiety, grief and loss, depression and relationship therapy. I often work with people who do not necessarily identify with having experienced trauma, but have experienced repetitive and painful patterns. I offer specialized trauma therapy for individuals and relationships who have experienced infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, birth trauma, pregnancy after loss and parenting after loss.

I offer conjoint therapy sessions for partners and family members who are experiencing struggles with intimacy and painful patterns. We can work together to understand why you are where you are in the loops of triggers and hurt. We'll explore individual histories including potential traumas and attachment styles which show up to the present interactions. The healing takes place when we can shift deeply held belief systems, emotions and reactions not serving you or your relationships.
