I enjoy working with all ages and realize how difficult it may have been for you to decide to seek assistance with an issue effecting your life, emotions and physical well-being. My counseling style is attentive, interactive and reality based. I believe in treating everyone respectfully, with sensitivity, empathy and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client centered therapy and rational-emotive counseling.
