About My Clients
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and the impacts of historical or intergenerational trauma. My clients appreciate empathy, transparency, and evidence‑based approaches that help them understand patterns and make meaningful, grounded change. My practice also includes extensive experience working with communities facing unique challenges and systemic stress, including veterans and military families.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in helping people move through life’s most difficult experiences, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I also work with individuals experiencing stress related to military life and the challenges that can come with it. I view therapy as a place to grow strong roots in who you are and what you value—even when life experiences have shifted how you see the world. My role is to support you as you navigate this part of your journey while working toward meaningful and lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe mental health is deeply connected to our sense of safety, connection, and belonging in our communities. Resilience is the ability to endure adversity and heal from difficult life experiences, even when that process takes time. I view therapy as a space where you can grow strong roots by sharing your story, gaining understanding, and planting new seeds for meaningful change.
