I combine traditional, evidenced-based treatments with mindfulness practice to help you become more aware and learn positiv coping skills. I also focus on improving your overall well-being so that you can lead the the life that you really want.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I practice mindfulness and yoga almost daily to help me stay centered and focused.
