I have worked with a wide variety of clients including residential treatment facilities for adolescents, teenage pregnancy, and adults. I provide a culturally competent, non-judgmental, safe, and comfortable environment for my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and actions. I understand how difficult the process of therapy can be, however I will be there to support you through the different stages you will encounter during this life-changing journey.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who graduated with her master’s degree from the University of Phoenix and I have over 10 years of experience working with Adolescents, Adults and Families. I will provide assistance to help you develop coping skills that can be used inside and outside of sessions. I will help you achieve therapeutic goals that will help bring awareness to your needs for a healthy transformation. My expertise is in providing trauma informed care, evidenced based interventions. My specialties include adolescent and adult psychology, crisis stabilization and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy.
