About My Clients
Many of my clients are used to being the steady one for others and carrying responsibility in their relationships, families, or work. On the outside, they often hold things together. Inside, they may feel overwhelmed, depleted, or unsure where they fit anymore. I work well with people who give a lot and have reached a point where something needs to change, and who want a steady, attuned space to slow down and explore what is happening beneath the surface.
My Background and Approach
I work best with people who are used to carrying a lot and have had little space to tend to themselves. My work is grounded in trauma informed, evidence based care, with attention to nervous system regulation and how stress is held in the body. I focus on pacing, attunement, and the therapeutic relationship we build together. In sessions, we pay close attention to what keeps showing up, how your body has learned to respond to stress, and how these patterns affect your inner life and relationships. This work tends to fit people who are ready to engage honestly and stay with the process, even when the answers are not clear yet.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value work that is steady, thoughtful, and grounded in real life. Therapy works best, in my experience, when people do not have to perform or defend themselves, and when there is space to stay with questions as they unfold. I aim to offer care that is non assumptive and responsive to what people are actually living with.
