My Background and Approach
My approach is rooted in building a strong, supportive relationship where you feel seen and understood. I draw from psychodynamic and attachment-based perspectives while integrating tools from trauma-informed care, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, self-compassion practices, and somatic (body-focused) approaches. I also believe it’s essential to look at the bigger picture—how family, culture, community, and society shape our experiences. Rather than telling you what to do, my role is to walk alongside you, helping you discover new ways to care for yourself, navigate challenges, and create a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
