About My Clients
I work with people ages 10 and up from all walks of life. I assist with trauma, anxiety, and many of the situations that plague each of us in every day life. My ideal client is looking for change, searching for healing, and wanting assistance in a non judge-mental way, from someone willing to challenge their thoughts and actions.
My Background and Approach
I am a certified EMDR therapist. I have an extensive background in trauma, ptsd, and anxiety work. I have assisted individuals deemed to have personality disorders whom actually suffer from PTSD heal from utilizing an eclectic blend of therapies. Some personality disorders are just that, but our world is full of misdiagnosed individuals whose trauma has led them down a destructive path. With my background in trauma, I have found myself questioning these diagnoses and working to help individuals live a healthier life with healthier behaviors.
