About My Clients
I am a compassionate therapist in private practice specializing in anxiety treatment for college students and adults all ages. Anxiety can interfere with so many aspects of life and feel so overwhelming. I am grateful for the opportunity to assist you in taking a courageous step toward getting to a better place, developing skills, and maintaining a happier, calmer, and more fulfilled life.
My Background and Approach
I obtained my Master of Social Work degree from Monmouth University. I also obtained a Bachelor's Degree at Boston University and a Master's in Education at Hunter College. My field experience includes working on an intensive psychiatric unit at Riverview Medical Hospital, a clinical therapist at Community Family Center and Clinical Therapist at Integrated Care Concepts & Consultation. I provide a caring and supportive environment focusing on your strengths in a solutions focused modality. I promote the well being of adolescents and adults through healing therapies such as Mindfulness while integrating Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques. I guide my clients to empower themselves in order to reach their full potential, reduce anxiety and learn skills to reduce stress and maintain inner peace.
