My ideal clients are ready to unpack what’s been holding them back—whether it’s childhood wounds, toxic patterns, or feeling emotionally stuck. I offer a nonjudgmental, supportive space where clients of all backgrounds can heal, grow, and gain practical tools for lasting change. Faith integration is available for those who desire it, but never required.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience helping individuals and couples heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. My background includes work in early intervention services and leadership in mental health programs, giving me a deep understanding of how past experiences shape present emotions and behaviors. I specialize in trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and emotion regulation, offering a compassionate and down-to-earth approach. Whether you’re navigating childhood wounds, relationship struggles, or major life transitions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a Black woman and therapist, I’m deeply committed to creating a healing space where Black clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. I believe in the importance of racial justice and stand firmly for the dignity, safety, and mental wellness of Black people. I support movements that fight systemic injustice and work to dismantle stigma around mental health in our communities. My practice is a space where culture, identity, and lived experience are honored—because our healing matters.
