Many people encounter challenging seasons in life, need encouragement, a chance to be heard, & a chance to work through the issues of life.
My Background and Approach
I provide a online counseling practice. I have worked in empowering women & girls, those who are terminally & chronically ill, caregivers issues, parenting, life transitions, stress management, anxiety, conflict resolutions, communication issues, depression, & adjustment disorders. I incorporate empathetic Solution-Focused, CBT, & person-centered therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that individuals are the experts at their own life, & sometimes need some assistance to gain better insight for this expertise. I hope to be a therapeutic support system on your journey to wholeness, and navigating the challenges of life. I also welcome the use of using biblical wisdom, and the practicality of everyday life.
