About My Clients
I work with individuals who are having difficulties navigating life transitions, want to build self esteem, experience depression, anxiety, panic attacks and have a history of trauma.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Edifiers, a multi-specialty practice supporting adults navigating life transitions, identity shifts, relational challenges, grief, and high-functioning stress. I have been in the field since 2011 and am licensed in multiple states. My work integrates clinical therapy with structured, values-based development so that insight leads to action—not just awareness. Many of the individuals I serve are high-achieving, responsible, and outwardly “doing well,” yet internally feel stuck, second-guess themselves, or repeat relational and professional patterns that no longer serve them. My role is to help you develop discernment, emotional regulation, and clear decision-making filters so you can move with confidence rather than confusion. My approach is solution-focused, structured, and collaborative. We do not stay in abstract processing alone. We identify patterns, clarify your values, strengthen boundaries, and build practical tools.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It is my goal that therapy is common place as any place you go to heal and use it as your time to express thoughts and emotions.
