About My Clients

My Background and Approach
The tools that I used when it comes to therapy are far more than just "Talk Therapy" where you tell me what your issues are. However, they are tools that I have used and perfected over my career, helping people just like you. My goal is for you to have at least five different tools and techniques that you can carry with you at all times, when you need that little push! I am a direct and solution focus therapist. With that being said you and I will work collaboratively to address stressor and anxieties that are bothering you right now. I have attended various training and webinars that will help with mindfulness and grounding techniques. You will learn how to quickly calm down when you are experiencing panic attacks.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My Beliefs is to help individuals become their very best . As a prior athlete I love to work with student- athletes that struggle with managing their sports and trying to keep up with grades. I have been that student that had to prioritize school and sports, while in high school and through out college, so the stress that can potentially come with that, I have tools and skills that can help with time management. I have volunteered for a kids Track and Field/Cross Country team recently and enjoyed helping them achieve their goals . The looks on their faces when they crossed the finish line was everlasting! In addition, to helping with little kids I also volunteer at a senior center where I help seniors, with various activities.
