About My Clients

You might be feeling anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed by family, work, or life transitions. I work with adults, young adults, children, and families who want a safe, supportive space to explore these challenges, understand themselves better, and build coping skills and resilience. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning to work on deeper patterns, I meet you where you are and tailor sessions to your needs.

My Background and Approach

I bring experience supporting children, young adults, adults, and families through a variety of challenges, including stress, anxiety, family dynamics, and transitions. My background includes working closely with families in high-stakes situations, assessing safety, and collaborating to create understanding and stability. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and paced to meet you where you are. I integrate CBT, mindfulness, and supportive conversation to help you build coping skills, resilience, and insight. Sessions are designed to feel approachable and welcoming, whether you’re new to therapy or looking to explore deeper patterns. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow, change, and develop healthier ways of navigating life. Many of the challenges we face — anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, or difficult family dynamics — come from patterns we’ve learned over time. That means they can also be unlearned, and new, supportive habits and ways of thinking can take their place. I’ve seen firsthand how therapy can help people feel more in control, understood, and resilient. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported no matter your background, identity, or life experiences. I actively support causes that promote equity and inclusion, including the LGBTQ+ community and social justice initiatives. If you’re curious about therapy or wondering if we might be a good fit, I’d be happy to hear from you.
