My work with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault has taught me a fundamental truth: we are all much more than the things that have happened to us. I use tools like TF-CBT and REBT not just because they are 'data-driven,' but because they provide a roadmap for understanding why we feel the way we do. My goal is to help you replace guilt and shame with a sense of worthiness and clarity. You deserve to be understood, and I’m here to help you get there.
My Background and Approach
I have over 7 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults in residential and non-residential crisis and non-crisis settings. I have conducted individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions. I am licensed in OK, TX, and VA and have also been trained in Neurofeedback & TMS.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Healing is a mix of science and soul. Licensed in TX, OK and VA, I specialize in helping individuals recover from complex trauma by looking at the 'why' behind the behavior. My background in crisis intervention and domestic and sexual violence advocacy has shaped my belief that every person is worthy of a life free from shame. By blending neurological insights with proven therapies like TF-CBT, I help my clients understand their past so they can own their future.
