The use of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) allows individuals to challenge their irrational thought patterns, which can lead to irrational behaviors. Individuals are able to unlearn their unhealthy ways of responding and behaving and replace them with healthier ones, thus decreasing their symptoms of anxiety.

With the use of CBT, individuals are able to learn healthier ways to think and respond, which decreases their symptoms of depression.
The use of Narrative Therapy allows individuals to see themselves as separate from the challenges that they are presented with, allowing individuals to become more empowered and confident in themselves and their abilities.

The purpose of a life coach is to provide emotional support and encourage individuals to explore and make the correct choices that will help them gain a better understanding of the challenges that hinders their overall success and well-being. I recognize that the challenges that individuals are faced with may be difficult for them to handle alone. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them explore barriers that creates disruptions in their lives.
