About My Clients
Reflective Counseling Services, PLLC serve older adults, caregivers, and those that have experienced miscarriages. Are you feeling overwhelmed with trying to manage your life? Do you feel unworthy or undervalued in your personal life or at work? Are you consumed by thoughts of dread? Do you have racing thoughts at night that interfere with your sleep? We will discuss your current thought patterns, how to change them, and utilize your strengths to move forward.
My Background and Approach
I am licensed in NC, VA, and SC. Teletherapy is provided during the pandemic. We hope to make seeking and engaging in counseling a common practice among older adults. Our desire is to provide you with that listening ear that is needed during difficult times.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that an individual can often be their worse enemy, but they can also be their greatest advocate. Feelings of worthlessness, low self esteem, and internal conflict wreak havoc in our minds.
