About My Clients
You want change. You are reaching out for therapy because you are stuck and overwhelmed with anxiety, stress, and perhaps a big life transition. There is no movement and there may be past trauma. Perhaps you are experiencing difficulties in your relationships and are exhausted trying to “fix things”. I, too, have experienced many of these same feelings. I want to support you in finding peace with your truest self again.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with adults ages 18 years and older. I support those experiencing anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, and life transitions. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy approaches, Mindfulness, Natural Flow EMDR, movement, and yoga techniques into my practice. I also work with those who want to explore their Christian faith. I want your therapy experience to be the right fit for you and will incorporate other approaches into each session so that our relationship and work meets your needs. We will work collaboratively with one another to address your specific need.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a mind, body, and spirit psychotherapist. I incorporate a holistic approach and hold true the belief that everyone is worthy of a quality of life that is meaningful and values driven. It is through my own personal lived experience with unhealthy eating patterns, stress, anxiety, difficult relationship patterns, and life transitions that I came to therapy as my profession. I aspire to help others work towards finding a deeper relationship with true and whole. I am passionate about my work and I support clients in moving towards emotional, spiritual, and physical wellness.
