My Background and Approach
I'm a licensed clinical social worker and I am certified in ADHD clinical services. I offer ADHD evaluation services and therapy as well. While ADHD is my specialty, I work with a wide array of issues such as anxiety, depression/mood issues, alcohol and drug use, and trauma. Together, we can create a plan to get you where you want to be. As a mental health provider, I believe that you are the expert on your own life. I approach the therapeutic process with curiosity, empathy, compassion, and an eagerness to learn your story. Mental and emotional well-being is a life-long journey and I take great honor in being a part of yours.
