About My Clients
I work primarily with adult women who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity shifts. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning, and deeply self-aware, yet feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. They may be moving through transitions such as relationship changes, perimenopause, career shifts, or redefining who they are after years of caring for others. My clients often say they’re tired of “just coping” and want deeper, more meaningful cha
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with training in evidence-based and experiential approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brainspotting, somatic interventions, and trauma-informed care. I also integrate attachment-based and relational perspectives into my work. My approach is collaborative, nervous-system informed, and tailored to each client. I pay close attention to how emotional patterns live in both the mind and body, helping clients build awareness, regulation, and choice. Sessions often balance insight with experiential work, allowing change to happen not just intellectually, but at a deeper, more integrated level. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. My role is to offer structure, curiosity, and steady support as we work toward meaningful and sustainable change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are not broken—they are adaptive. Symptoms make sense in context, and healing happens when we approach ourselves with compassion rather than judgment. Therapy, to me, is a space where clients can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and learn new ways of relating—to their thoughts, emotions, bodies, and relationships. I value therapy that honors both science and humanity. Growth doesn’t require perfection; it requires safety, honesty, and support. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with who they are and how they want to live.
