My Background and Approach
I am a veteran of the USAF. I came into therapy after losing my son to cancer and wanted to help others work through complicated grief. I use various modalities to help the client by meeting the client where they are at. If you like homework, then homework you will get, if you like to use the space to role play then we will do that. I meet you where you are at.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that mental health is the epicenter of overall health.
