About My Clients
I work with women, couples, children, and families who are navigating difficult emotional experiences and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy while facing infertility, pregnancy loss, grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, or the stress that can come with trying to build or grow a family. I also support clients who feel overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure how to cope with the emotional weight of their journey.
My Background and Approach
My background includes over 20 years in the field of social work, with many years of experience working closely with children and families. I currently hold a clinical license in social work and have also completed a certificate in Maternal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International. Over the years, my passion has grown around supporting women and couples through infertility, loss, and reproductive mental health challenges. My approach is warm, compassionate, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe space where clients feel heard, supported, and understood without judgment. I help clients process grief, manage anxiety and depression, work through trauma, and build coping tools that feel realistic for their life. I believe healing happens at each client’s own pace, and I work collaboratively to help clients feel less alone, more grounded, and more hopeful.
