My Background and Approach
I have three years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with ADHD and ASD, providing compassionate and personalized support. My approach is primarily rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which I integrate into sessions to help clients develop effective coping skills, emotional regulation, and mindfulness. However, I believe that each individual is unique, so I tailor my approach to meet the specific needs and preferences of my clients. I strive to create a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable and supported. My goal is to empower individuals to navigate their challenges, build resilience, and improve their overall well-being. Whether working with children, adults, or families, I am committed to fostering a therapeutic space that promotes growth, understanding, and lasting change.
