I am passionate about helping teenagers and young adults find a life that's fulfilling. I have worked with individuals having a wide range of concerns, including life transitions, anxiety, depression, and relationships
My Background and Approach
I believe that everyone is the expert in their own lives. I view my role as a guide. I will always approach you with warmth and an open-mind. Depending on your therapy goals, I may use a combination of different modalities. Above all else, my approach is strengths-based and collaborative.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in meeting people where they are in life. If you are nervous or wary about starting therapy, please reach out to me for a free consultation. I believe that the counselor/client relationship is one of the best indicators of success. I strive to create a safe and judgement-free zone for clients to explore, grow, and change. Sitting with people during their most difficult moments is not a responsibility that I take lightly. I have previous experience in crisis intervention, community mental health, and the public school system. I'm also a proud mom of a dog and two cats. Being with animals is my happy place!
