I am a licensed private-practice psychotherapist. I offer sessions in-office or through telehealth (with your own HIPAA secure client portal provided by the seamless Simple Practice EHR). My office is located in Marietta, Georgia (within East Cobb Counseling). I provide individual, couples and family therapy for those struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, anger management & more. As someone who values lifelong learning, I'm grateful to hold two master's degrees & currently am pursuing doctoral studies. This extensive training, coupled with years of practical experience, has instilled a deep appreciation for the complexities of the human experience and the skills necessary to help others navigate numerous challenges of life, achieve heartfelt goals of transformation and discover enhanced value in everyday connections.

I hold that each and every person has the potential to take action steps in the direction towards enhanced well-being.
