I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults struggling to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, trauma, and building self-esteem. I also specialize in helping college students navigate this new stage of life and discover their identity and place in this world. I will assist you as a parent with the tools you need to be able to support and help your child.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. I completed my graduate school internship with Nationwide Children’s Hospital in their Family Support Program, which specializes in children and adolescents who have experienced trauma. I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults using an integrative approach.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I place great value in my faith, my family, and my relationships with the important people in my life. I am passionate about supporting and encouraging others on their personal growth journey to becoming the best version of themselves. I love to travel and experience other cultures and hear people's stories.
