About My Clients
Are you in need of healing and life-long changes? Imagine living an abundant life. Has trauma heavily impacted your life to the point that you’re frequently reminded of it and you don’t feel like yourself? Imagine calming your nervous system.
My Background and Approach
Each person has the power within themselves to rewire their thoughts, regulate emotions, and control behaviors by implementing the right skills for their mind. I provide support, guidance, and a judgement-free space along your journey. I mainly use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) models when guiding the process.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I support vegan and plant-based diets, though I am not a certified dietitian. I support athletes, though I am not an athletics coach or a certified personal trainer. I support Christian faith.
